Default Preset

How Sentiment Analysis Works

  • Global Analysis (Always On): Analyzes sentiment for both left and right channels using the full transcription text
  • Contextual Analysis (Optional): Add keywords to analyze sentiment around specific topics like competitors or products
  • Hybrid Mechanism: Rule-based analysis runs first. LLM only processes low-confidence segments (< 75%) for optimal performance
  • Custom Words: Add your own positive/negative keywords to improve accuracy for your domain

Default Preset

The default preset is automatically applied to sentiment analysis after transcription completes. You cannot opt out of global sentiment analysis—it always runs for both channels.
